A study carried out by the Good Garage Scheme has revealed that 11 per cent of motorists only get their vehicle serviced when it has its MOT.

More than 40 per cent of motorists are putting of getting their car serviced because they feel it is too expensive, the Good Garage Scheme has revealed.

The scheme says this puts everyone at risk of accidents but also means that owners are creating larger vehicle maintenance costs for themselves by not fixing minor faults before they develop and become even more costly to repair.

The study also revealed that some 45 per cent of motorists said that they would have their car serviced more regularly if they could spread the cost, rather than having to pay out at once.

The good news is that AMS offers a monthly payment plan to our customers to help them spread the cost of servicing. Call us today on 01934 824551 to find out more.
